A three member team – Dr. Sajjan Singh, Ashok Balhara and Sarita Yadav visited Arohi School at village Bangaon, District Fatehabad to raise awareness about cleanliness under ‘Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0’. The scientists delivered lectures to the students about the importance of cleanliness and how it affects society, health of people and animals. The block level education officers and teachers also participated in the discussion. The students prepared beautiful Rangolis from waste materials and displayed them in the school premises. On the occasion, Ms. Deepika, a student who won silver medal at the Junior Athletics meet in Javelin throw, was also honored.
