HRD Training “To Improve skills and efficiency of technical &skilled Supporting Staff”

An in-house training program under HRD activity “To Improve skills and efficiency of Technical & Skilled Supporting Staff” was conducted during August 1-3, 2022 at the ICAR-CIRB, Sub campus, Nabha. Total 08 trainee (3 Technical, 1 Administrative and 4 Skilled supporting staff) participated in the training. The training covered various topics viz. Motivation and Work ethics, Team work and Co-operation. The trainees were also taught about the importance of Record Keeping and Management, Stress Management and Positive Attitude towards work. Others topics covered during the training were Basics of Computer, Administrative rules, FMS-EMS, ERP. Dr. FC Tuteja (Sr. Scientist and OIC, ICAR-CIRB, Sub campus, Nabha) and Sh. Rajiv Mehta, (CTO, ICAR-CIRB, Sub campus, Nabha) were Co-ordinators for the training program.
