Skilled Supporting Staff (SSS) trained from Jan 6-8, 2021 under HRD
A training on “To improve skills and efficiency of Skilled Supporting Staff” was organized from January 6-8, 2021 at ICAR-CIRB, Hisar under HRD activity. The training covered topics viz. motivation & institution building, team work and co-operation, positive work attitude, good lab practices, stress and climate change, conflict management and organizational inter-personal relation. Dr. SS Dahiya (Director, ICAR-CIRB) emphasized the need of such trainings to improve skills and efficiency of Skilled Supporting Staff at regular intervals. A total of 14 Skilled Supporting Staff of the institute participated in the training program. Dr. A Dey (Principal Scientist, ICAR-CIRB) and Dr. A. Jerome (Scientist, ICAR-CIRB) coordinated the training programme.
